Canning, canning, canning

I have been a canning fool this summer. It's been a blast because I tried all new things this year including plum and red onion chutney, zucchini salsa and butters. The smell of pear and plum butter reducing all day long is something I could live with.
GARLIC DILL PICKLES
KOSHER PICKLES
GRAPE JELLY
BLACKBERRY JAM
ZUCCHINI SALSA
LORI'S FAMOUS SALSA
SPICED PLUM BUTTER
VANILLA PEAR BUTTER
PLUM RED ONION CHUTNEY
PICKLED GREEN BEANS
PEPPER JELLY

So far, I have tried, and loved, the grape jelly, spiced plum butter, pepper jelly and red onion chutney. We poured the chutney over pork chops and my husband finished his plate before I even started, guess you could say he thought it was...great!

After we got home I was inspired to make a quick batch of pickled green beans and picked some blackcaps for jam later today. A while ago, my mom and I made three different batches of pepper jelly, um mm good!!! I LOVE SUMMER
